Unfortunately, weight loss is about more than calories in/calories out. As we consistently do an activity, our bodies get used it and find easier and easier ways to do it. This efficiency means we're technically burning fewer calories than what calorie calculator estimate. That's why it's important to vary what we do. Throw in some strength training, some yoga, or a dance class to change it up and you should be able to break through this plateau. :)
