My life is full of stuff all the time. I am 32 years old a full time student about to transfer, very involved in clubs, and my personal life a war zone. My health is not the greatest and I am trying a life style change. However here is my problem, I forget to login in everyday to log my food and things. How can I remind myself better. I just got the app on my phone so I am hoping that helps.
But I would really like some suggestions.
