Start small. Most of the time, when we can't find the motivation to get started, it's because we're looking at the end result, and what it takes to get there.
This isn't all or nothing. Instead of trying to change your entire life at once, make tiny baby steps. My journey started when I swapped half my pasta for whole wheat, and started measuring my servings.
AFter that, it's snowballed.
But make small changes. Add 10 minutes of exercise a day. Aim for half a plate of veggies at each meal. Go for a single meatless meal a week.
Just take baby steps... after all, you can't run a marathon if you've never walked a mile before!
Writer, mother, wife, and breadwinner. I love to run, but running doesn't love me, so I'm switching to my low-impact bike.
