So... I know people say the scale isn't all that you should look at, and I believe that.
I've been measuring myself since I started SP.
Now, while the scale has been encouraging (and the measurements, initially), the measurements have started going *up* lately.
I'm hoping its water retention or that I'm just sick and thus all puffed up (though they started inc *before* I came down with the latest sickness of the winter -_-; )... but I fear its because I've not been able to work out, along with last week's bump in diet (I forgot about a holiday and paid for it -_-; )
My hips have gained a cm, my waist 3 and my thigh and arm have stayed the same.
Could this mean I'm going backwards, despite the scale? Starting to gain fat and lose muscle?
