I never had as much weight to lose as you have but to me all weight loss is hard no matter if it is 10kgs or 100kgs!
As you said, you need to set out small goals and minor changes first. Instead of opting for a lot of exercise, why don't you make a goal to go for a 10minute brisk walk each day. Then also add in drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Just do this for 2 weeks and you will be amazed at the results (I lost 3kgs just by drinking water without any other changes in my diet).
Then start adding in more exercise as different dietary changes. The biggest thing I learnt from my journey is that the more I exercise, the more energy I get. It's funny how rejuvenating and energising a walk can be.
