Ok so for the past month I have been eating healthier. I have started going to the gym for the past three weeks. I am walking or biking atleast 2 miles 4-5 times a week. I am counting calories and drinking more water than I used to.
And I have only dropped two pounds. In a month. It was originally 5 pounds in a week and then it bounced up as soon as I started working out.
In the past two weeks I have GAINED an inch and a half on my thighs. What the heck? I am frustrated because it seems like since I started working out I am not losing anything anymore.
I have had some people say it looks like I am losing weight but I have a feeling that they are just saying that because they see how I am eating and listen to how I am going to the gym all the time.
Just smarts.. A LOT. That I am working harder than I ever have before to lose weight and it's not seeming to help.
SIGH. Just a little rant.
