I've started a new job and with a whole new schedule. Once I get home at 630pm, do homework, cook, get ready for tomorrow it's 10pm and I wanna go to bed. I've been trying for a week to get to the gum at 5am, but I'm so tired when the alarm goes off and I sleep til 6am my normal wake up time. I've been doing good on food, except for yesterday. I had a chicken gyro in wheat pita, not so bad. But for dinner I couldn't pass up eating hot wings and curly fries, I just had a serious craving for hot sauce!!! I haven't done any fitness or excercixe for a week now and I'm afraid I'm going to slip back into my old ways.
I was doing so good. Eating nothing but whole foods, NO SODA or juice (went cold turkey after 5 can a day habit), cut back on sweets and sugar tremendously. My only sugar is fruit now! I felt great getting into jeans from 3 years ago, I lost 15 to 20 lbs, and many inches off my waist. Now I'm just tired. I'm tired of constantly trying to figure out how to get exercise in. I tried walking on my lunch break, came back to work a sweaty mess, so that doesn't work. I try doing home routines like squats, sit-ups, lunges, etc. but a trainer told me its not good enough to see results. Now I'm just feeling defeated. Can anyone give me any advice?! Please?! I'm feeling so broken today.
Currently I consume around 1200 to 1500 calories a day, 75% of it being whole foods, except yesterday..2450 :(
