Stay positive. I set myself up thinking this week's weight loss would be much higher than it was due to my lack of alcohol and restaurant food...and didn't reach even close to what I wanted to. BUT I did not falter, I did not cheat - and I did see some weight loss - so BE HAPPY!

Am working on mindfulness. Took two short breaks today - one at work in a quiet unused conference room, and one while soaking in a warm bathtub. Trying to find time to do it for a longer period. Trick is to not eat within two hours - not wonder it's good for you!
