Are you adequately fueling yourself? When I hit that wall/crash, I need more fuel. Have you updated your fitness settings? What kind of pre-workout fuel are you using (if any)? I've found I can avoid that crash by grabbing a banana or a protein shake.
Are you properly cooling down? If you're sitting down to get your breath back, I bet you're not cooling down properly. You should always gradually slow your workout to reduce your heart rate before stopping.
