Two weeks ago, I felt the same way you feel right now. I am the girl talking to you from the other side of the plateau! KEEP AT IT! We all have times our weight loss stalls. It's SUPER frustrating - no doubt! But this isn't a race - it's a lifestyle change. As long as you keep doing your best, making the best choices you can as often as you can, the scale will follow suit eventually.
Take a deep breath and look at how far you have come already! Remember what you felt like 20 pounds heavier, and embrace the strides you have made so far. Then, imagine how great you will feel in 3 months, looking back at yourself today.
You are WORTH IT. Keep going! Every day is another chance to make good choices and take good care of yourself.
