Today I turned an empty room into a home gym. Now everything is in one place and I have no excuses not to workout.

I also learned a valuable lesson and thanks to Coach Nancy I will never knock on the door of giving up again. Me and the scales were going round and round a couple of weeks after I started. I wanted to quit,I was not seeing any results. It was suggested I find a pair of pants that I knew were to small and put them where I could see them and try them on again in a couple of weeks. Today I tried them on thinking the zipper would be closer together, but never thinking it would meet. I could actually zip them up and they fit. I will give it two more weeks and they should be smoking hot and it will be time to find a smaller pair. Morale of the story: Throw away the scale! For most of us scales just depress us and keeps us in the never ending circle of giving up, shame and guilt.
