The few times I've been sick while in SP, plus following recent surgery, then TIA (mild stroke), I just acted like I was starting fresh.......starting healthy meals gradually, exercising 10 minutes, gradually adding the healthy habits again. And really, it's not a race, at least it never was for me (once I joined SP); it was about taking my time, doing the next right thing, getting health gradually so it lasted. But then........that's just me.
