The best motivation and inspiration I can suggest is determining your big why. I have used this concept on this site many times in the past and it really works. You need to determine why you are here. If it is to JUST lose weight, think again. I am not here to lose weight primarily. Losing weight is just a benefit. Getting fit is a benefit.
You say that it is a NEW YEAR NEW YOU. Now determine what that really means. Eating clean and exercising every day is a good start, but it may not be enough to keep you going over the rough patches.
Now think WHY you want to eat clean-- what is it going to do for you. Why do you want to exercise every day-- what is it going to do for you.
Personally for me-- I want to be 100% healthy. Most people in the world stagnate at 60%(which is also what the medical profession deems as healthy). I don't want to be a statistic. A statistic is not going to help me be the best and healthiest aunt to my nieces and nephews. I am going far beyond just eating clean and exercising. Don't get me wrong-- those are two pieces and large pieces of the puzzle, but they are only two pieces.
You also have to get your mind in the game. There will be plenty of temptations.
