Remember that you are very close to your body, and see it every day. As it changes, you may not noticed much in the way of a difference, because you see it change by minuscule amounts every day.
I strongly encourage you to take periodic progress pictures. I was feeling terrible one day about myself, and how fat I felt, and like I hadn't made much change.
So I took a progress picture, and compared it to the one I took when I started.
Well, go look at my Sparkpage. I'll let YOU see the difference for yourself.
The short of it? I could see a difference with those pictures I couldn't just watching myself change every day. And that's only 20 lbs. How different will I look in 30? 40? 50?
So take one now, and put it up. you can check back in 10 or 15 pounds and see how different you look.
