Sometimes the scale is a harsh mistress... don't let it get you down, especially since you've gotten yourself back on track. The truth is, we're all going to make missteps from time to time (and the holidays are a big one for many). The difference between success and failure in the long terms is whether you get yourself back up and moving in the right direction. You're already doing that -- no matter what the scale says right now. Things will start moving in the right direction soon -- and you are very, very close to getting to goal. It may not be as fast as you would have liked, but you've come far enough now in your journey to know that it eventually does happen. Just keep going forward! By the time Spring rolls around, you'll be there for sure.
I'm not trying to down-play how discouraged you feel -- I think we all know the feeling. Just don't let it convince you that you've failed, when really, you're so close to winning!

Currently maintaining within 5 lbs. (+ or -) of goal. I weigh daily, but also use a tape measure and the fit of my clothes to guage how well I'm doing.
