The best way to boost your metabolism is to strength train. By building lean muscle, you will burn more calories at rest. This has the added benefit of making you look better in the skin you're in! There is nothing that has changed my body the way strength training has. And I don't mean those little 2 lb hand weights; those do very little after a very short period of time. Skip the handweights, and lift heavy! You can also use resistance bands for a very portable, inexpensive tool.
Sparkpeople has a great series on breaking through a plateau (although 3 weeks isn't really enough time for a plateau, our weight loss journey is rarely linear.) Here's the first in the series:

les.asp?id=516 Have you updated your goals? with your weight gone, you may need to adjust your intake for the pounds lost. Sparkpeople recommends updating fitness goals every 10-15 pounds... you don't have to change anything, just save it so that it will recalculate based on your current weight.
I use the calculators here. They're pretty accurate for most things (although I don't trust them for elliptical use.)
