I use the spark people video fat blaster for twenty minutes. Then I do a mild workout in the afternoon.
If I put on my workout clothes, perhaps I'll get hyped. If I listen to some fabulous music, another way to get hyped. If I just go ahead and turn on that video and start, at least I have somewhere to begin with.
