Thanks, that is way more productive than fussing at myself. I think where I got hung up was because I could have made it healthier if I had been able to find baked Tostitos but running from store to store wasn't all that appealing at the end of the day yesterday. Perhaps shopping earlier would be good too! Thanks again.

If you planned it and it was within your calorie limits, what do you feel guilty about? For me the best way to stop the negative chatter is to focus on doing something good RIGHT NOW, like a few minutes of exercise, or downing a glass of water, or planning my next healthy meal.

DO SOMETHING - Something is better than nothing!

Today I tracked my meals and although I planned to have lentil nachos for dinner and I stayed within my calorie limits, I feel guilty for having eaten it. I know it is self-defeating but I am having difficulty stopping the negative chatter in my head. Does anyone have any suggestions?
