Sometimes, getting back on the right track feels harder than just getting started in the first place. Good for you for doing what you need to do to get there. Everybody slips up -- the crucial thing is picking yourself back up and carrying on. And you just did it -- congrats!

Starting Weight: 260 lbs. (November 2010)
Quasi-Maintenance: 165 lbs. (June 2011)
Goal Weight: 150 lbs. (reached December 8, 2011)

Size 22W to Size 4

Currently maintaining within 5 lbs. (+ or -) of goal. I weigh daily, but also use a tape measure and the fit of my clothes to guage how well I'm doing.

What's important is that you're back on track. We all slip up at times, and the holiday season is especially difficult, but didn't quit! Congratulations, and good luck on your journey.

This site does motivate you. Your energy will be sky high if you be concious of your food intake, get plenty of color in your diet, and avoid processed foods. I did not realize how much so until I stopped tracking and got lazy. Whenever I do this plan and am accountable, my hubby notices my energy is much higher. So good job for getting back on track and keep it up!!!

Hi Patti,

WOO HOO for you!!! Remember healthy living is a bunch of healthy choices all stringed together. And you do not have to have a perfect life to embrace a healthy lifestyle.

Be well!

Okay, so took several weeks off. I could give ever excuse in the book, but it wouldn't do me any good! But now I'm working on getting back on track. I've been focused on my eating for several days. Watching what and how much I eat. It was a good start. But yesterday I worked out with my daughter on the x-box, Dance Central 3! It was quite a workout and tons of fun! I got up early this morning and did my workout. So two days in a row for exercise! Ya me!!! I can only keep moving forward, right?!?!?! :) So glad Sparkpeople is still here even though I've bailed for a few weeks!

Patti
It's a new day, let us all make it count!
