I'm looking for a buddy (or a small group even!) to help keep eachother on track and motivated. Ideally I'd like to find someone who is similar in age (26) and goals (15-20 pounds) so that we are easily able to understand eachothers struggles.
I live in Canada and I love to play sports and stay active, although I've been slacking through the winter months. My biggest weakness is that I love terrible food.. nachos, pizza, fries... I'm working hard to learn new recipes and try to shed some pounds! Let me know if youre interested. :)
