Anyone here can feel free to add me, message me whatever. I've been on my weightloss journey for about two years now and have managed to lose a total between 16-25 lbs, depending on the peak or valley. I love talking to new people and want to make a life out of helping people, courtesy of what I've learned about myself from this site. I am highly motivated in getting back to me and my personal happiness though once in awhile even the most motivated need a bit of motivation themselves :)

I too could use a bit of encouragement from time to time. I am also good at motivating others as well. I am doing well since starting on my journey to taking off 70lbs. I know that I will have some days though that I will need someone to chat with to get me over that hump. Feel free to send me a message anytime. Well, I'm back and need to lose this 15 lbs I put on since July when I got busy and left these pages. HELP, I'm good at this, but it was a big transition year for me and I'm now settled in retirement and need to be consistant. Thanks All - Rog190

Good morning everyone, hope you all had a good day yesterday and have a better one today. I got on the treadmill last night which was good. I joined a january fitness challenge on SP and hoping that helps to keep me motivated (fingers crossed).
I need help staying motivated also. I would love to have some buddies to stay on track with!!

Good Morning - I too can use all the support I can get. I have two children and work full time so work out at home. Mornings are support crazy here so I always intend to work out at night but seem to come up with tons of excuses. My goal for january os to work out 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes. Good luck to you guys.
