Hi, fellow sparkpeople!
I'm female in my twenties, and I've NEVER been skinny in my life...
It's kind of sad, because I travel a lot. My family is always on the move, from city to city. Well, now my birthday is coming up, and I'd like to set this benchmark in order to motivate myself. I've had the pleasure of being on spark people for two years, on and off. I've lost weight, gained it back, etc.
And now I'm about to travel internationally (hopefully) for the last time. Which should help. Except, down in Canada, the LAST thing you want to do is move... especially when you're in danger of getting frostbite or freezing in the -30 degree weather.
I am very low on the motivation spectrum, and I'd like a push from my fellow sparklers..... Even if its something along the lines of "get yerself on the move!" ;)
