Healing requires energy for the protein building blocks to be used. Be sure you are using the entire range throughout the week aiming for the upper end on days you get your exercise in and toward the lower end on days you don't. You can also focus on your ratios and be sure your protein intake is in the mid to upper end of the range so you are sure you have the building blocks available for healing. Water is also necessary when energy and protein are being used so be sure you are meeting your fluid needs as well.
Remember that slow and steady wins the race so just keep moving forward.

"I think the purpose of life is to be useful, to be responsible, to be honorable, to be compassionate. It is, after all, to matter: to count, to stand for something, to have made some difference that you lived at all."
