I don't have set rewards for the little victories, but maybe I should start? One thing I did want to get myself as a reward was the Insanity workout series. I plan on buying it when I get down to 230-my "100-pounds lost" mark. That proves to me that I'm serious about this, and the workouts will help challenge me and help me meet my goal.

*You can pray all you want, but if you're not getting up off your butt, NOTHING is going to happen.

*The longer you stay down, the heavier your burden will be when you decide to pick yourself back up.

*I am doing this for ONE reason only: To give myself the life I haven't lived yet

I learned something about myself today. I do very well rewarding myself with little things. For resisting that candy bar I wanted so badly last night and that cheeseburger I wanted when i went out to lunch today, I bought my self a new lipstick and some hard peppermints. I am a candy junky! Peppermints have been a lifesaver for me through this, satisfies my craving for sweets and I'm not wrecking my calorie intake for the day!
I also put on a pair of jeans today that I hadnt been able to wear in almost a year! I am happy!

What do you do to reward yourself for those little victories?

50lbs lost reward - massage
75lbs lost reward - new novel by Jim Butcher
100lbs lost reward - sexy lingerie!
150lbs lost- makeover and new clothing shopping spree!
