The thing is, I feel like I've been "binging" a little, so my calories should be higher. Also, how do I reset my ranges?

It is very possible that you are not eating enough to support your improved fitness level. As your fitness level improves so does your metabolic efficiency and rate. Be sure your program is set up correctly for your weight and current fitness routine. Then be sure you are eating within and even toward the top end of that range (especially on workout days, eating at the lower end on non-work out days is fine) and see if that gets the scale moving again.

Hey guys, so my weight has really plateaued and I find myself overeating a lot, and I feel like I don't have the discipline I had earlier in my journey.

That being said, I am getting to be in better and better shape, and I am so frustrated that I feel like I am in great cardiovascular shape, but my weight won't move. Yesterday, I did 6 miles on the elliptical in 45 minutes and was so proud, but later that day I ate so much. I don't know how to keep motivated and balance these two. I am worried once if I pull back my exercise at all my weight will come back. Need to find discipline and motivation again
