It is very possible that you are not eating enough to support your improved fitness level. As your fitness level improves so does your metabolic efficiency and rate. Be sure your program is set up correctly for your weight and current fitness routine. Then be sure you are eating within and even toward the top end of that range (especially on workout days, eating at the lower end on non-work out days is fine) and see if that gets the scale moving again.
