I thought about starting up a team around this, but wasn't sure if anyone would be interested:

of course I want to be slim and fit because it looks better and is generally better for you. but my REAL reason for wanting to carry less weight and build a stronger body is that I want to have the energy I need to do all the things I want and need to do!

When I'm out of shape or eating poorly, I fall asleep earlier, have less stamina, and as a result can't focus on the music when I'm singing, run out of energy when I'm dancing, and feel overwhelmed when I should be enjoying life. I get frustrated with my kids and husband, and feel like cleaning the bathrooms is beyond my physical ability (lol!).

When I'm fit and feeling lighter, I'm able to go farther, do more, and am less prone to negative feelings.

Anyone else in the same situation? Would you join a sparkteam around this idea?
