For doing so well on my first 3 months of returning to SP, I gave myself a new pair of walking shoes. The next 3 month's of rewards are, October = new toe nail polish, something fun & funky, November = a whole afternoon of watching chick flicks or reading a book, and December = a new Christmas outfit from Goodwill. I have a total of 188 pounds to lose and I refuse to buy new clothes for myself until I get closer to my goal weight.

Another idea I read on someone's page (I can't remember who) they purchased small items like nail polish, eye make-up, perfume, a discounted movies & books in a bargain bin anything that is inexpensive and trips their trigger. Then they wrapped them all up and put them in a bag and anytime it was reward time they grabbed a package from the bag. That sounded kinda of fun to me also.

I like to give myself small rewards each month for staying on program and bigger rewards for each 25 pounds I lose. It really keeps me motivated! I hope some of these ideas help.

Must admit - i love reading too. I carry my Kindle everywhere I go. So if you don't have one of those - you would not find better present for yourself!

Well, I love to read and I love music, so I know one reward would be a new song on itunes. However, after that, I'm stumped lol. I'd love to get a manicure tho!

I think it will depend on what do you enjoy most. For me - if i were to treat myself - it would be facial or manicure. I love pampering

As with most people these days, my finances aren't great so I need some ideas on rewards that I can give myself that don't cost a lot. Any suggestions?
