I'm exactly 5'3" and my original goal weight was 145. After reaching and maintaining that for 5 months I have a new goal of 130 but we'll see

I am not yet where I would like to be, but I am no longer where I was.

BTW, lily, I'm the same as you. When I'm 145 I never feel like I have more than 5-10 pounds to lose because I think my weight training causes me to weigh more due to my muscle mass, since the more muscle you have the more you tend to weigh.

135, otherwise I look too skinny. I'm not big framed at all, but I have curve. :)

I am also 5'3" I am happiest when I am at about 125. But like everyone else said a lot depends on the person. Depending on your frame you could be anywhere between 115-135 and be healthy.

My goal is 115-120 or when I feel I'm toned enough.

My goal is roughly around 125, but it's gonna depend on what happens once I start losing a substantial amount of weight. I have over 100 pounds to go. It will depend on the amount of muscle and body fat I have, as well as measurements and fitness level.

Goal weights aren't about a "should be" - everyone is different. Your weight isn't a static number; it's a range, a vital sign, like your blood pressure or your body temperature. It changes hour to hour, day to day! Some people are more comfortable at one weight, while others another. Your weight will also depend on your fitness level.

You can weigh little, but have a high body fat percentage and not be as fit or healthy as someone larger than you (what's not-so-fondly known as skinny fat).

You're a little overweight, but not much; you don't have far to go to hit a healthy BMI. Depending on your age, you could aim for around 130 and be in a very healthy weight. It's up to you; I would suggest picking a healthy number in the healthy BMI range for your height, and then not worry about hitting it exactly; aim more for a healthy body fat percentage.

I think you should base your goal off of a combination of a healthy BMI, body fat percentage, and whether or not you're happy with how you look and fit into your clothes. I'm only one inch shorter than you, but my goal weight isn't practical for many people my height because I am extremely small-framed and they are not. It's hard to compare one person's goal weight with another's because of factors like this. Good luck!
