I use to if I was lucky gulp down 8 oz of water a day and that was all the liquid I had all day besides 2 cups of coffee. I found on Pinterest lemon water (with a little sweetner) is really good for you. I have gone to 8 oz to 90-120 oz a day. Love lemon water :-)
