Staying on the Clean Eating daily.

If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.

doing the Zambia this morning even though I have a cold. I read that working out is ok when you have a cold, if you are up to it. My nose was clear for the hour and I drank LOTs of water.
It also made me feel good :)

I give myself credit for doing my exercise programs every single day. I never let msyelf miss a day and I'm doing exercise that has me sweating like mad! Every day is hard and I love that. I don't feel like it's exercise if it's not hard for me and I love the feeling o having to switch it up beause it's not hard anymore!

That is wonderful! I know it is hard to be an adult and care for a baby at the same time. The only advice that I can give is that babies are portable, Pack it up and take it out and the both of you will benefit from the stimulating real world!

I remember once when I had a cold, and I couldn't do much with my son, but I figured I could drive anyway, so I took him out for a 3 hour road trip.

Hugs -- Edith Started at 220, made goal 160 now I have to get there again :-)

Keep Dancing. Joy is the best exercise.

finally exercising after over 1 month of doing nothing but eating junk and stressing out every day.
I did 30 mins on the treadmill after my baby fell asleep :)
I better get to sleep before food starts calling me to eat!
