Great job, Inch by Inch! emoticon I give myself credit for now packing lunches for work and passing up eating out with coworkers. Also for saying no thanks there to donuts, cakes, cookies, etc that they are always offering to me there. At least two people there eat healthy on a regular basis. I tell myself I'm on their team now, lol! emoticon

For going beyond my goal weight of 130 and reaching 119. Also for making healthy food choices even if I have to get something on the go. Today I was at the mall and was starving after having to fast for some lab work. Instead of eating foods I normally crave when hungry like a burger and fries, I ordered some thai grilled chicken. No rice or noodles.A banana on the side :)

yesterday I plan to walk for 8 miles , and I walked for 10

I give myself credit for keep going and pushing myself and to know that I am strong and capable to do more
