My eyesight. I have an appointment here in a few minutes for my post op exam from my cataract surgery. I am so very thankful that the surgery was a success and I can see. I was blind in one eye and didn't even know it!

eventhough I woke up to find that my fence (that survived Hurricane Ike)blew over in the storms last night, I am grateful for my mom who came over and helped me lift the fence. We stabalized the fence until the weekend and I was able to get to work this morning.

Baby, it's cold outside--sometimes too cold! Learn which weather conditions every outdoor exerciser should avoid, and the signs that it's time to bring your routine indoors.
In you Food Processor , combine the chicken, a couple raw eggs, some shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, a teaspoon or two of ground Flax (or psyllium husk, or even bread crumbs... This is the binder) add your favorite seasonings. Form into 4 oz patties and fry with EVO or PAM like a burger. Serve with low-fat sourcream on top! Yummy!
