I worked in HR for a while, and preparation is the key! The more you are prepared the better off. One thing I'd recommend is writing down what you will say to certain questions. Practice word for word, and then practice without your paper. The goal isn't to memorize the answers, but to know what high points to hit and make sure you are covering everything.

Be confident - dress for the job above what you are interviewing for, and good luck!

A friend once told me, early in my career, to go into an interview as if I already have the job. They want you! They just don't know it yet. I've done well in interviews since then.

Do you have a friend you can practice with? Someone you can trust to help you see how the interviewers may be hearing your words differently than you mean them?

Tell yourself you can do it! I have confident that you can do it if you want.

Keep your head up high and give it all you can.

Keep up the good work.

You can do it!!! emoticon emoticon

If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.

this emotionally, just checkd my bank account and have barley anything in it, ive gt an interview 2mow which im so nervous about since people normally look at me straight away and make up their mind of who i am, and i open my mouth and it pretty much confirms it, as i think what im saying sounds good but the employer thinks different. And on top of this my self esteem and lack of confidence seems to be getting in my way, writing this down has helped a little emoticon
