I've been having problems thinking up rewards that don't involve food or money. I may make my reward making new playlists for my iphone. When I began running in May, I would set little rewards, but then wouldn't have the means to implement them. So I finally said when I hit 100 miles, I was getting my iPhone. It fell on my wedding anniversary weekend, so it was a dual-purpose gift. emoticon

I'm wanting to set some smaller goals and rewards. Maybe I can just sneak into the bathtub for 30min or so. That is if I can get out all the stick-up letters and numbers to make space for me!! My 2 year old is still working on sharing.

I let the scale reward my efforts.

EVERYONE knows EXACTLY what they NEED to do to be fit, healthy, and slim.
The problem is, nobody does it.

I reward myself by getting cute new clothes that fit everytime mine start to bag. Today I bought two new pairs of jeans and it felt so good when they slid up! Also, I like to change up my hairstyle every so often to fit the new me!

Well, I am lucky because I got a spa gift certificate for joining my gym. I am getting a massage on Saturday to reward myself for losing weight over the weekend.

I am rewarding myself in 5 pound increments, once I get out of the 150's. (149, 144, 139, 134, 130).

Once I hit 149, I am buying the new computer (that I really need). But the real reward is that I am going to spend an entire Sunday sitting at a coffee shop playing around with it and making new workout playlists.

I think a really good, cheap reward is to give yourself an entire day to do something that you usually don't have time to do during your hectic week. For me it will just be messing around on the new computer.

So, what I want to know is how do you reward yourself for your milestones (both big and small)? Any ideas for free/super cheap rewards? At what increments do you give yourself rewards? What's the most creative reward you can think of?
