I was feeling positive this morning, but my mood went south throughout the day. I woke up and found out we did not have any skim milk. I instead settled for coconut milk and lightly-frosted shredded wheat. My coffee got me through the morning and my first shift of work, but after lunch I started feeling really low. I wasn't able to stick to my original meal plan, but substituted some options that were semi-healthy. Since I had a 12 hour shift today, my back and heels of my feet started KILLING me. My mood quickly became negative.
Now I'm sitting here, hungry...and all I have is pasta alfredo made from work. Carbs, carbs, and more carbs. I don't know what to do! I just started my diet and it already looks like its going bad.
