Positive! Yesterday My legs were super sore from running on Monday. I made myself go to the gym anyways. While I wasn't able to run as far as I'd hoped I still got a workout in. This morning I woke up with almost no soreness! As long as you aren't at risk for injury, push through the pain! It won't kill you. Tomorrow will be better.
my day started very positive. then I went to lunch and everything seemed to go down hill from there. hopefully by the time I get home things will change. normally I try to let it just roll off my shoulders.
