ambiguous-neither positive or negative. Hoping to swing to the positive side. I have been a fanatic about progressing all of my food intake. Frustrated that it seems I am starving but still exceeding the daily suggested calories and therefore not loosing. wondering if I truly am capable of doing this. I'm positive today. However, I hate to say that it is a result of my response on the scale. I wonder what I would have felt had it shown an increase? I want to change my mindset about what makes me feel happy regarding weightloss but I cannot help but do the victory dance when I see the scale show a decrease.

A little of both, I guess. Positive because I stayed in my calorie range even though I thought I ate over it. Negative because, to be honest, I feel like nothing's changing about my habits. I DO want to lose weight, but deep down I have this feeling that I'm never going to be able to, which, obviously, prevents me from losing weight. Hmph. I don't want to be going through the motions anymore, I want to make real healthy lifestyle changes!!

I think both. I am negative because my weight is up a little this week, but I am also positive because I have made adjustments to help correct that. I usually weigh in on Mondays but I have decided to change that to weighing in on Fridays. I do fairly well with my diet during the week and then lose it on the weekends. I think if I weigh in on Fridays and have a positive result it will help me stay motivated on the weekends too. So, I feel good about giving this change a try. It's a small change but I am hoping for big results. Timing is everything!

Half and half.
I'm glad that I reduced my body fat by almost 1%, but I'd like to have seen more difference in lost inches.
I don't know if I'll meet my 155lbs goal by my birthday- I only lose 1lb each week.

Felt positive all day, beginning with spinning at 8 a.m. followed by over an hour of strength training. Survived super bowl party....
Worried about tomorrow as there are work challenges ahead. I will deal with them head on and not let fear stand in my way.
Need to find a way to get in 10 minutes of exercise daily as it's always been all or nothing until now. Think 10 minutes of daily exercise coupeld with 2 minutes of gratitude acknowledgements and regular positive self talk are essential tools...
