I was feeling a little bit of both... negative this morning with not losing as much as I thought I would/should but slowly turned positive by preparing a blog I plan to post on Sunday that I'm excited about and also focuses on my accomplishments and new goals.
Starting weight: 309.4
1st goal: 10.4 pounds, 299 by July 2, 2014 (met June 25th)
2nd goal: 30 pounds- 10% of remaining weight, 269 by October 15, 2014
