2.Start printing out pages from USDA Nutrient Database for Potassium levels of foods. I looked at the first 26 pages & printed out 16 I will use.
3. Related to #2,Look at 232 page list of Potassium Foods & take note of what pages need to printed & what foods are on the pages that are to printed, list is alphabetical, not food category. Make list of most important pages to print first. Not all pages need to be printed, ex. some is baby foods & exotic foods, restaurants etc.
I have mild chronic kidney disease stage 2, but have a side effect most people get at stage 5 where my kidneys build up the Potassium levels & it becomes toxic. I need a low Potassium diet immediately, so that is why I must do most relevant lists first.
Health coach 3 month program starts March 12,every Monday by phone. I have chronic kidney disease and low blood pressure & blood clots in both lungs for 3 years..I am 55 years old. I do walking and ride the bike at the gym 65 minutes, 3 times a week . I hope to start yoga in April.
