I follow Dr. Mercola on his web site and I have stopped using fiber supplements and started having daily fermented foods like sauerkraut and/or dill pickles to help my gut bacteria. I haven't heard of the fiber you are using, as I was using Konstyl that I got at Walmart for $14 and it would last a month.
