I'd suggest you check with your doctor, on what would be appropriate for you to do. It may very well be that you need to work your way into it more gradually... perhaps, say, a program of just walking at gradually increasing degrees of difficulty, before getting into something more aerobically stressful? While it's important for our overall health and fitness to get some cardio in... it wouldn't be logical to make a problem like high blood pressure worse, while doing it.

I am just starting an easy step aerobics workout, but I get throbbing pulsing in my head after 10 minutes. I guess it is my high blood pressure. Should I keep on using this video until I get used to it or should I try an easier light aerobics workout? I am a 67 year old lady. I have used video workouts before. I have no trouble with weights alone.
