I am over 70 and know that exercise is important to my health. I have COPD so walking is one of the best I can do. I also need strength and stretching exercises. I am currently doing the Walkabout challenge and I am on day 14. I am doing the best I can with the exercise but getting on the floor is out for me. I am unable to get back up.
