Dr. Atkins said that emotional eating was always about carbs, so have a dozen hard boiled eggs in your refrigerator and see how many of them you can eat when you want to give into an emotional craving. He laughed and said "No one ever eats 10 hard boiled eggs, but it is always a chocolate cake or a gallon of ice cream."

Have you had a physical with your doctor? My brother has taken medicine for anxiety for many years and it just helps him feel normal.

i find it very hard to stick to my diet when emotional cravings set in what i have done is stickk to high fibre snacks
