I am 74 years old a widow with three rescue Chihuahuas one with three legs. My husband was in a wheelchair on oxygen ten years. He died at home three years ago. I could not leave him a minute due to his seizures. He died 3 years ago. I am short 5 feet 2 inches tall. At time of his death I weighed 250 now weigh 189. My goal is 150. Jan 1 I started water aerobics a hour a day Mon to Fri. I walk on the weekend.Im loosing about a pound a week. I eat about 1200 calories a day. My son is in very bad health and lives in another stat. My daughter has MS but doing well. My exercise is helping my stress.I am active in my church and volunteer one day a week.Im determined to get weight off as my knees have been replaced. The less weight I have the replacements will last longer. Best Wishes,Elaine
