Hello--Never have done this before. Going on a message board and asking for help to get my weight under control. I am 53 years old and have been heavy all of my life. But know I want to get my life and weight under control. Need some guidance and thought this might be the best way. In the past year I got a new lease on life with 2 brand new knees. I feel like a new person and have more energy. I am working out 2 days a week on weights and 2 days walking on the treadmill. However, I still cannot control my urges to eat the wrong food. So I decided that this was the best way to get some support. Help! Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.
