Dannon Light 'n Fit Greek Yogurt (I prefer vanilla) with fresh/frozen blueberries and little ground flax.
You get your protein, fruit and Omega 3's.

breakfast is a problem area for me since we generally have a hot or cooked breakfast. but, for a quick hot breakfast that i can customize i have found the instant oatmeal to be pretty good. i can add to it (raisins, cranberries, nuts, apples, etc.) and stay well under 200 calories and feel like i ate something.

Can anyone suggest anything for breakfast that is healthy, low in calories & quick? What does everyone eat for breakfast?
