breakfast is a problem area for me since we generally have a hot or cooked breakfast. but, for a quick hot breakfast that i can customize i have found the instant oatmeal to be pretty good. i can add to it (raisins, cranberries, nuts, apples, etc.) and stay well under 200 calories and feel like i ate something.
