I was reading your reply, and realized it sounds so familiar..... I could have written those words. I am on and off spark people like a yo yo. Tonight I am surfing through SP, chips in one hand and mouse in the other. I just read a post from a gal, and it truly inspired me.
I'm back in the saddle again, and the first thing I'm tackling is my binging. I am not happy until I have eaten until I am uncomfortable. Each time I reach this point I weigh my "heaviest", and I never successfully loose all of my desired weight. Any suggestions?
So, I start again! What really angers me,for the past year I was really doing well with exercise, diet, but still tended to binge on and off. The past 2-3 months I have totally derailed, and all my gains have been lost. I eat out 3-5 times a week, a drink after work, my sins are endless.
