I recently listened to a SP Radio segment on Nutrition over 50 and the guest suggested having protein and fiber for your snacks so that is what I have been concentrating on.
Yesterday, I had a "light" string cheese stick and multigrain crackers with almond butter. I typically have a piece of fruit for another snack with light & fit greek yogurt.
If you don't love your body now, you won't love it after you reach your goal!!!
