No Problem!! This might not be the best description....but should head you in the right direction:
Open your Nutrition Tracker...then there are two ways to do it
1) use the SEARCH function that comes up....(The little white box in it has a shadowed "what did you eat?" in it. Just type in your Lean Cusine Meal name....and Voila!! about 200 (it seems !) pop up that other folks have already entered!! Click on one, and part way down the description, you will see a little tiny box that says "nutrition info"---I'd check it to see if they typed it in accurately. If so, then you simply "add it" to your meal....(and if its an item you are likely to eat again, check the little box that say "Add to favorites"!).
2) on the page directly under the word "search" there is a little tiny box that says "enter food not listed". It will bring up a blank page of nutrition facts you can enter the values into. When done, then add it to your meal, and save to favorites.
I found the Nutrition Tracker REALLY frustrating when I started....but LOVE it now!! Just play around with it a lot for several weeks, and save things into your favorites---it will get So Much Easier With Time! Trust me on that....! You can also enter your own recipes, and it will calculate nutrition info for you. Again--frustrating at first, but really cool once you get the hang of it!! Go under Recipes and at the bottom on the right is a little box for "Access Recipe Calculator"......
