Good morning from O`ahu.
I'm making progress slowly but some days it just doesn't seem like it. I get on the scale every morning just to be aware of the number.
This works for me - I want to be aware of the numbers going the wrong way. And when the scale show's I've lost - like today - I share it with someone who is supportive. Finding someone supportive is not always easy but at least I can come here and share.
On the days when the scale doesn't move or goes up (oops!); I try to remember its a journey and some days I mess up.
What works for you to stay motivated?
