Hi ! yesterday my husband and i took a walk over to the local tour bus station , its about 1 mile from our house to bus station , got on bus went over town then walked down to library , another mile , then walked back to catch bus , then home again . Man that felt good ! The upper thighs felt a little tired by the time we got home but that was ok , sat and rested for a bit , then got supper ready . then rested some more ( have leg ulcers and suppose to keep feet up as much as possible when not working ect ) Then today walked to grocery store and back , that,s 2 miles round trip ! took my time, breathing was good , not too tired when got home but now its raining out so walk after dinner is out but can work out in house again tomorrow . Have Leslie ( forgot last niame ) walking work out video ( courtesy of you tube ) and lots of Richard Simmons stuff so there is no reason why i should be confined to computer all day . Then have to work tues, wed, thurs night and run up and down a production line all night so that too will be my work out . thank you everyone for all you help and support . Elaine
