Hubby & I wake at 3-3:30 no matter what. Rare we sleep later.
Try not to worry too much. Life style changes are habit changes really and it takes time to solidify new habits.
Keep new goals reachable. Build on small successes. Over 3,4 years we've recreated ourselves and our life style without a diet.
