I have Restless Leg Syndrome. Some nights even the pills don't work. Most nights I have a hard time getting to sleep ... which feeds on itself.

yes everynight is a stuggle I can't remember the last time I just fell asleep with no problems and nothing to aide me... I have always had boughts of insomina but this past year has been a waking nightmare..
I can't think of anything clever to say here.

Yes. I slept like a rock before menopause started and now I am awake at least 3 times per night during my post menopause and that is with a sleep aid. Sure wish I could find that rock again!!
